It's easy! If you are reading this page, call me and speak directly to me. Within two minutes I can connect in over the Internet and watch me fix your computers. (Remember you see everything we do from your own chair!). Your session is highly secure and encrypted between you and me. Having a front row seat on your computer repair makes you pro-active and informed about what is going on with your computer and you just may learn how to do your own repairs! This isn't rocket science.

Is remote support safe?

Yes! I think a lot safer than leaving your computer with a complete stranger or a group of strangers in the back room of a department store. I will only see what you see. I can't "hack" your computer, you must invite me in and you can kick me off at anytime. You see exactly where I move your mouse and what I look at, no funny stuff.
