How do you pay us?

People today are so reluctant to use online payments so if this makes you nervous you are welcome to drop a check in the mail after our service is complete. We will never release your address or phone number to a 3rd party. We will never ask you for any credit card information or other financial information. If you prefer to pay by credit card our invoice is generated through PayPal one of the most trusted online payment solutions.

Do we leave any spyware or connection agent behind?

No! Absolutely not. We use a product from Citrix "The Go To My PC" company called GoToManage. It is one of the safest and most secure remote assist products on the market today. When your support session is complete the product will uninstall from your computer.
