Desktop Trouble® was one of the first remote desktop troubleshooting companies on the Internet. Brad Bennett the owner is Microsoft Certified as a Systems Engineer, Intel OEM Server Engineer and Comptia A+ Certified in computer repair. Brad started out as a Satellite Technician and Remote Sensing Technician for Hughes Aircraft back in the early 90s. After two lay-offs with that company Brad studied to pass his Microsoft Certifications and went to work for Avnet Electronics Marketing in Phoenix Arizona. Working with Avnet as a Systems Engineer and later joining their award winning IT department. It wasn't until his lay-off after 9/11 did brad get into help desk work. Working for a small software company in Tucson Arizona Brad found his passion in helping people fix computers over the phone. Brad opened his company in March of 2005 and now has customers all over the world.
