Our Privacy Policy is simple. Desktop TroubleSM will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone! We also don't write cookies to your browser or track your activity online. Our online services are designed to help you protect your company and family from intrusive Web sites. We will never ask you for passwords, usernames or any account information other than the credit card or check information that is submitted verbally over the phone during a personal consultation. We do not store your credit card information online. Each transaction is manually invoiced using a secure connection to our merchant services.

When we ask you for information, we will tell you, — or it will be clear — what we need to know to fulfill your billing information. For example, if you receive service from us, we will ask you for your name and contact information such as mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. In addition to processing your payment, we may ask to use your contact information to send you the Remotely Relevant newsletters or to invite you to participate in a product or service-related survey. All of our service mailings have options to unsubscribe or opt out. We do not knowingly request or receive any information from children.
